Seats & limits
Two limits scale with your plan: seats (how many people can belong to your organization) and connected integrations (how many billing sources you can attach — cloud accounts and AI or Snowflake connections alike).
Seats by plan
Section titled “Seats by plan”A seat is one member of your organization, regardless of role. Both current members and pending invites count toward your seat cap: sending an invite reserves a seat right away, so you can never have more members plus outstanding invites than your plan allows.

When you reach your seat cap, remove a member, cancel a pending invite, or upgrade before adding another. Removing a teammate frees their seat immediately; their saved reports and anything else they created stay in the organization — removal doesn’t delete data.
When your seat cap drops below your team size
Section titled “When your seat cap drops below your team size”If your seat cap ever falls below the number of people already in the organization — for example when a 14-day trial ends and the org returns to Free — no one is removed. Instead, the members over the cap become read-only (“limited”): they can still sign in and view, but can’t make changes until you make room. Upgrade to a plan with enough seats, or remove members, to restore full access to everyone.
Connected integrations
Section titled “Connected integrations”An organization can connect multiple billing sources. Free is capped at 3 connected integrations across any mix of providers — AWS, Azure, and GCP accounts and Anthropic, OpenAI, and Snowflake connections all count the same; every paid plan (Starter, Growth, and Scale) allows unlimited integrations.

Managing seats
Section titled “Managing seats”Admins and super_admins manage membership: invite teammates, assign roles, and remove people who no longer need access. To raise your seat or integration limits, move to a higher plan — see Plans & pricing.
