CSV exports
Once you’ve built a report, you can take it with you. Export is available on every plan, including Free.
What you can export
Section titled “What you can export”Any report you build in the report builder can be exported. The export reflects the report exactly as you’ve configured it — the same grouping, filters, and time range you see on screen. So if you’ve narrowed a report to RDS spend in the production account, broken out by month, that’s what lands in the file.
CSV gives you the report’s underlying rows in a spreadsheet-ready file — the dimensions you grouped by alongside the cost figures — so you can pivot, chart, or reconcile the data outside CloudQuell. If you’ve added the Usage quantity or Unit cost ($/Unit) metrics, those columns come through in the export too.
What’s included
Section titled “What’s included”The export carries the data of the report you generated — the grouped breakdown and totals for the period you selected. Because the export follows your current configuration, adjust the report first (group, filter, and set the time range) and then export, rather than exporting everything and trimming it afterward.
